Who qualifies
You need to meet all of the following. Talk to an advisor on WhatsApp and we will tell you where you stand before you commit to anything. Documents are uploaded securely in your portal, never over chat.
- Employer must have a valid passport
- Citizen employer must present a valid original Emirates ID
- Resident employer / investor must hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Proposed worker must not hold a current work permit
- Worker must be 18 years or older
- Maximum age for domestic workers is 60 years (exceptions apply if inside UAE with recently cancelled visa - not older than 3 months)
- Valid insurance coverage must be provided for the worker
- Worker’s occupation must match job requirements
Final approval rests with the relevant UAE authority, not with us. We will tell you honestly if your file is weak before you spend money on it.
