Who qualifies
You need to meet all of the following. Talk to an advisor on WhatsApp and we will tell you where you stand before you commit to anything. Documents are uploaded securely in your portal, never over chat.
- Single Property Owners You are now eligible to apply for a 2-year UAE residence visa with no minimum property value requirement
- Multiple Property Owners Each owner must hold a minimum share of AED 400,000 or more in the property to qualify
- If mortgaged, a bank NOC or developer statement is required
- Applicant must be inside the UAE during the process.
- Husband and wife can share ownership (MoFA-attested Arabic marriage certificate required).
- If property is jointly owned by spouses, ownership must be equal—if not, only the majority shareholder is eligible to apply.
- Title deed owners can apply for visa if the market value exceeds 2 million (official evaluation certificate is mandatory).
- Title deed name must match the passport.
