- Scanned color copy of a passport with a validity of at least 6 months, showing all four corners.
- Digital studio-type color photo with a white background.
- For UAE residents: Copy of the residency visa & Emirates ID.
- Recommendation letter from General Sports Authority or one of the sports council.
