Investor in an investment fund (Commercial/Company Investor)
- Trade License with the list of partners (Partners Appendix)
- Financial Report for the company (or group of companies) for the previous year, audited by the company’s financial auditor
- Last 6 months Bank Statement of the company
- VAT Return for the previous year
- If applicable, a certificate from the free zone detailing all the investor’s financial information
Investor in an investment fund (Fixed Deposit)
- Bank Letter (in Arabic) confirming the existence of a fixed deposit
- The letter must clearly state: “The fixed deposit will not be broken for the next two years” OR “If the fixed deposit is broken, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai must be informed.”
- Tenancy Contract
Investor in (Tax Return Investor)
- Letter from the Federal Tax Authority
- Company’s Trade License and a copy of the partners list
Additional Required Documents (for all investor categories)
- Scanned color copy of your passport with at least 6 months' validity, showing all four corners
- Digital studio-type photograph with white background
- Copy of UAE Visa Cancellation and Emirates ID (if applicable)
- Sponsored Residency Copy
- IBAN Number
- Contact details: UAE mobile number and email address
Eligibility Criteria
If you invest in an approved investment fund, you may qualify for a 10-year Golden Visa without the need for a sponsor, provided you meet any of the following conditions:
- A letter from a UAE-accredited investment fund confirming a deposit of at least AED 2 million.
- A valid commercial or industrial license and memorandum of association showing a capital investment of AED 2 million or more.
- A letter from the Federal Tax Authority confirming annual tax payments of at least AED 250,000.
Additionally, you must:
- Fully own the invested capital (it must not be a loan)
- Provide valid medical insurance for yourself and your dependents (if any)
