- Scanned color copy of a passport with a validity of more than 6 months, showing all four corners
- Valid residence visa copy
- Emirates ID copy
- Proof of Dubai address (Ejari or tenancy contract)

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Must reside in Dubai
- Only service-based online activities are permitted (sale of physical products is not allowed)
- Application must be submitted under the applicant’s personal name (not a company name)
- Opening a physical shop or office is not permitted
- Only one e-Trader license can be issued per person
- Sponsoring employees or partners is not allowed
- Activities are subject to approval and availability.
